Founded in  2019, LandSpire Group is a diverse owned and operated Southern California-based real estate investment firm that seeks to revitalize communities that were once defined by small businesses, livable-wage jobs, and a thriving middle class.

 
 
 

In 2023, LandSpire concluded its two-year residency as Investors-in-Residence at TPG through TPG Next, an initiative designed to back diverse emerging talent by providing flexible growth capital and operating resources to seed, support, and scale the next generation of diverse investors and entrepreneurs.
